Customer Service Policies:

Damaged Goods

• Please inspect your goods upon receipt.
• If any goods are damaged please notify us immediately.
• All claims for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Order Changes and Cancellations

• No changes or cancellations can be made to orders shipping via air (Next Day, Second Day, or Three Day).
• Changes or cancellations to your order must be approved by Budget-Table-Linens.com and must be made the same day your order is placed.

Returns

• All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number marked on the package.
• All returns subject to approval.
• Restocking fee of 25% for incorrect orders placed by customer. Customer is responsible for shipping return and marking it with Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
• If Budget-Table-Linens.com makes an error, we will correct the error.
